Job Overview

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Clarion, IA.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and disposing of outdated assets.
  • Monitor and resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues using established procedures and documentation.
  • Document and record information, updating assets in Asset Center, following KB articles for problem resolution, and maintaining process logs.
  • Communicate effectively via email and create basic documents/records such as contact lists, problem incidence reports, and inventory records.
  • Recognize and resolve problems with processes/operations supported, reporting to others those issues outside the scope of established procedures.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes or operations, scheduling routine equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, and interacting with suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals, including Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with computer security policies and concepts.
  • 1 year or more of IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered.
