In this role, you will be tasked with performing thorough site evaluations, working closely with the sales department, participating in strategic meetings, and fostering strong connections with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed site evaluations to determine current roofing conditions and assess project expenses.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to create precise and competitive bids.
  • Participate in pre-bid site visits and project meetings.
  • Review and authorize invoices, purchase orders, and material documentation.
  • Manage all estimation responsibilities, including pricing adjustments and change requests.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Service and Production teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation.
  • Strong estimation capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with various commercial roofing systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • High school diploma is required; college coursework is preferred.
