Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and maintaining process equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with quality plan work instructions and quality plan requirements
  • Collecting and recording data for continuous improvement projects and production records
  • Supporting preventative maintenance and general repair efforts
  • Assisting with warehousing activities, including forklift operation
  • Using automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks
  • Performing field management activities, such as scouting and logistical planning
  • Assisting with harvest activities, including preparation and seed sampling

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort with technology, including computers and automation systems
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
