About the Role

At Bohler, we're seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Melville, NY. As a key member of our wastewater design team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from initial scoping to closeout, while developing and mentoring a team of design professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain exposure to our portfolio of recognizable brand name clients to build and foster relationships
  • Develop skills in financial management, including contract writing, proposal development, and budget management
  • Enhance your technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience
  • Hone your skills in the project management lifecycle, from initial project scoping to project closeout

Requirements:

  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Experience in wastewater treatment/pump station design
  • Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D)

Compensation:

Salary $83,000-$163,000. Total compensation will be determined by other considerations such as experience, qualifications, and educational background. This position is eligible for potential annual bonus earnings.
