The primary role of the Nurse Practitioner is to provide high-quality patient care, supervise staff, and implement treatments in compliance with federal and state guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HIPAA laws and related regulations, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical care to patients in a long-term care environment
- Developing patient care plans for long-term needs
- Administering medications and following up with families
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Current RN Licensure in the State employed
- Valid CPR Certification
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
Salary: $32-$45+ an hour. $6000 sign-on bonus.
