Position Overview

Position Title: Summer Custodial/Dorm Crew 2024

Employment Type: Part-Time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $15.00 per hour. No additional benefits provided.

Location: Norfolk, NE

Role Summary:
Assist with cleaning responsibilities across the campus and engage in thorough sanitation of the residence halls.

Employment Duration:
Position runs from mid-May through early August, with flexible scheduling options available to accommodate summer commitments.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and candidates must be at least 18 years old. Preference will be given to students from Northeast Community College.

Experience:
Applicants should exhibit a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently is essential. Must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling weights up to 50 lbs.

Skills:
Ideal candidates will be energetic, self-driven, productive, trustworthy, and responsible. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
