Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to enhance our interdisciplinary therapy team. This role focuses on providing exceptional care to children aged birth to 18 years with diverse needs in a state-of-the-art pediatric practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Maintain accurate session documentation, including SOAP notes.
  • Gather and analyze session data to track progress.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Prepare detailed reports on patient progress.
  • Offer educational support and training to parents.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with team members during regular staff meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current SLP/SLPA license in California or eligibility for a temporary license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (if applicable).
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and licensure maintenance.
  • Experience in pediatric therapy is advantageous.
  • Required immunization records and TB screening.
  • Familiarity with PROMPT, Hanen, Kauffman, DDT, and AAC methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range for Speech Language Pathologists: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
