COBOL Developer III Opportunity

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a skilled COBOL Developer III for a challenging on-site opportunity in Columbia, SC. This team requires a COBOL expert with experience in COBOL (Mainframe, Micro Focus), CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, IBM Batch JCL, and Easytrieve tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs for incoming and outgoing X12 transactions from outside Trading Partners and Clearinghouses.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desired.
  • 4 years of application development, systems testing, or other job-related experience.
  • Proficiency in COBOL (Mainframe, Micro Focus), CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, IBM Batch JCL, Easytrieve, Client Code Generator, Vendor Pricing Software, MS Office, and EDz vendor product for Client on non-host.
