Position Summary:

Are you an enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in real estate and exceptional customer service? Axiom Properties is looking for a proactive Mobile Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will operate across multiple sites, delivering leasing services and support. Your main duties will involve presenting our properties, assisting prospective tenants, and overseeing leasing contracts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate property viewings and respond to inquiries from potential tenants.
  • Guide clients through the leasing process from initial contact to move-in.
  • Foster positive relationships with existing tenants.
  • Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with the property management team across various locations.

What We Provide:

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $22, based on experience.
  • Opportunity to earn commissions for move-ins.
  • Flexible work hours with a standard five-day work week.
  • Experience in a vibrant environment across different properties.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in leasing or real estate is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and adjust to diverse settings.
  • Willingness to adapt to schedule changes and work at various sites.
  • Experience with Appfolio is a plus but not mandatory.
