Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of forklift mechanics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Train and support our field team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all service activities are documented accurately and invoicing processes are handled efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to drive efficiency and excellence.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic.
- 1 year of experience in field service.
- Good people skills and a customer-comes-first attitude.
- Strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Factory training.
- Experience working in an industrial or plant environment as a mechanic OR formal automotive training (trade school or ASE).
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
