Subaru Dealership Counterperson

Sunset Hills Subaru is looking for an experienced Subaru Dealership Counterperson to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Position:

• As a Subaru Dealership Counterperson, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
• You will work closely with the parts manager to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry will be an essential aspect of this role.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with dealership software, are highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, employee discount, flexible schedule, paid time off, professional development assistance, tuition reimbursement, and vision insurance.
