Position Overview
Team Fishel is seeking a dedicated Material Handler for our Groveland, FL (Orlando area) office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and confirm the accuracy of incoming shipments.
2. Organize and store materials on racks, shelves, or in bins based on size, type, style, color, or product code.
3. Retrieve and package materials, tools, or other stock items to fulfill requests.
4. Maintain precise inventory records using a computerized inventory management system.
5. Complete requisition requests for additional equipment and supplies.
6. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
7. Transport materials to construction sites using appropriate equipment.
8. Perform additional related duties as assigned to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Valid Class A CDL driver's license is required.
2. Experience in operating a Forklift is essential.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills are necessary.
4. Basic math skills are required.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
6. Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull; climb and balance; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
