Position Summary

We are actively seeking a Full-Time Security Operations Supervisor. This role is essential for overseeing the daily operations of a designated site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, customer service excellence, and effective personnel management.

This is a salaried position with an annual compensation of $59,000. Candidates must be flexible and available to work as needed based on operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

Management and Leadership:
  • Oversee the direction and coordination of all site security personnel.
  • Collaborate with HR to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
  • Train and empower security staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive appropriate training and certification.
  • Manage employee performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Foster positive relations with clients and address any concerns with management support.
  • Act as the primary liaison for site-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate training records for all personnel.

Operational Oversight:
  • Coordinate with regional management to set and communicate site objectives.
  • Develop action plans to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage administrative functions to ensure accurate scheduling and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Be available to respond to site events and personnel inquiries.

Financial Management:
  • Ensure budget adherence and address any discrepancies proactively.

Client Relations and Business Development:
  • Enhance customer satisfaction to ensure client retention.
  • Promote the company’s reputation for professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
5 years of supervisory experience in a security environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong report writing skills
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Professional demeanor and appearance
Availability to work weekends and holidays as required

Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
