Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a caregiver, you'll work closely with individuals who require personal support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as hygiene and mobility. Your role will involve creating meaningful relationships, supporting developmental goals, and encouraging participation in community activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
