Position Overview: The Material Handler is responsible for executing essential tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of various products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical and administrative tasks associated with the logistics of goods.
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining accurate records and rejecting unsatisfactory items as necessary.
  • Handle heavy items and operate motorized equipment within the warehouse, including forklifts and cherry pickers.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for shipped merchandise, including weights and shipping charges.
  • Organize and distribute materials in inventory and on production lines.
  • Assist in preparing kitting packages for assembly processes.
  • Follow detailed instructions on routine assignments, requiring limited judgment.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating an electric pallet jack.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 11 AM and continuing until completion, typically an 8-hour workday. Flexibility for overtime is required.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $18.09 per hour.
