BBL Hospitality is seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at Recovery Sports Grill Westampton in Westampton, NJ.

The estimated salary for this position is $15.13 per hour, reflecting the competitive market rate for part-time hosts/hostesses in the restaurant industry in New Jersey.

Job Description:

As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting them warmly and seating them efficiently. You'll work closely with our servers and buspersons to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your duties will include:

• Welcoming guests and making them feel at home
• Managing waitlists and communicating with guests about estimated waiting times
• Seating guests based on their preferences and balancing customer flow in service stations
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have everything they need
• Working collaboratively with the server and busperson teams to ensure a smooth service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need basic reading, writing, and math skills. You should be able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and walk regularly throughout your shift. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
