Dig Studio, Inc. is on the lookout for an innovative, driven, and highly collaborative professional to fill the role of Marketing / Communications Manager. This position emphasizes graphic design and content management, focusing on the creation of documents in Adobe InDesign to bolster Dig Studio's business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials in accordance with Dig Studio's branding guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct research to identify potential project opportunities by monitoring industry news, client websites, and tender portals while tracking lead statuses.
  • Oversee the communication and deadline-driven strategy for the preparation of high-quality bid submissions.
  • Engage in pursuit strategy and planning activities.
  • Create new marketing collateral as required to support business development efforts.
  • Manage multiple marketing tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Dig Studio's portfolio, practice areas, and capabilities.
  • Maintain organizational resources, including resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a marketing, graphic design, or communications role, preferably within a design or professional services/AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative graphic design abilities, with a focus on producing effective presentations and marketing materials. A keen eye for visually appealing layouts is crucial.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to thrive under the pressure of multiple deadlines while maintaining a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Capability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced environment.
