Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (1.0 FTE) to become a vital member of the Pulmonary Team.
Practice Highlights:
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of 5 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers in a supportive and professional atmosphere.
- Work within a Level 2 trauma facility.
- Engage in both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, which include:
- Inpatient Duties: rounding, order management, ventilator oversight, sedation procedures, intubation, line placements, thoracentesis, chest tube management, floor calls, and ICU evaluations.
- Outpatient Focus: hospital follow-ups, acute care consultations, patient evaluations, education, care coordination, and chronic disease management.
- Participate in weekend coverage on a 1:4 rotation.
- No on-call responsibilities required.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Preferred prior experience in Pulmonology, Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, or Critical Care.
- Board certification is mandatory prior to employment.
- Must possess a valid Michigan state license.
- DEA certification is required.
- BLS certification is essential.
