**Job Summary**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• Assisting Residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
**What We Offer:**
• Competitive hourly rate of $40.00 per hour.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and vision insurance.
**Requirements:**
• Current LPN licensure in New York State.
