- Ensure that testing activities comply with industry standards and company policies regarding data security and privacy.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Higher education in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks for web-based user interfaces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, Jira, and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience in test planning across multiple applications involving various stakeholders.
- Extensive background in developing and executing testing strategies for complex software applications.
- Familiarity with test case design, execution, and management tools.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Understanding of data testing and validation processes.
- Advanced skills in testing applications developed in Python, as well as SQL and No-SQL databases.
- Knowledge of data versioning and management practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience, including business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
- Skilled in mentoring and setting clear expectations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Dedicated to maintaining high service quality.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools specific to AI and client applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and testing within cloud environments.
