Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric cardiac nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with program development, implementation, and evaluation.
