About the Role

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Additionally, the RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a current RN license in good standing, as well as experience working in a skilled nursing setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
