Marketing Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Marketing Greeter to join our team at Westgate Resorts. As a Marketing Greeter, you will be the face of our company, promoting our resorts and services to guests and visitors in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

• Promote Westgate Resorts and its services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of visiting our resorts.
• Engage with guests and visitors to facilitate the auditing process and pre-qualify candidates for resort tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring a 5-star experience and increasing resort tour sign-up rates, ticket sales, and resort room bookings.
• Utilize a consultative approach to offer discounted ticket sales and resort room bookings, optimizing guest experiences and maximizing personal commissions.
• Manage POS ticket sales terminals, balance cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a professional appearance and work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on ticket prices and special promotions to offer guests and visitors the best deals.
• Participate in off-site events, pop-up locations, and conventions as needed, with opportunities for advancement and development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and team members.
• Flexible work schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and assertive personality, with the ability to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely.
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual with excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
