Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Technician to join our team at Overlake Medical Center. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide direct patient care to patients and their families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients of various ages
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and other medical procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program or equivalent documented nursing training experience
  • Washington State Nursing Assistant - Certified (NA-C) required or will consider Washington State Nursing Assistant Registered (NA-R) with EMT experience
  • Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS) required
  • Washington State Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist (MA-P) must be obtained within 90 days of hire
