We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Advisor to join our team at Epworth Children's Home. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care to our clients.
  • Coordinate daily activities, including meal planning, scheduling, and organization of events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or working with children and adolescents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
