About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at Stellar Innovations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing incoming shipments, including inspecting goods for damage and verifying inventory levels
  • Managing inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and identifying areas for improvement
  • Coordinating with shipping and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
  • Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist or relevant work experience in a similar field
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and ERP systems
  • A valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
