Your role will be pivotal in providing an exceptional service experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute ultrasound assessments to develop a Venous Flow Map, aiding in the formulation of a safe and effective treatment strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Physician to communicate the treatment plan to patients, addressing their specific requirements.
  • Prepare and sanitize procedure rooms, examination areas, and ultrasound facilities before and after each patient visit.
  • Conduct additional ultrasound evaluations as dictated by the Physician's treatment plan to ensure patient safety and treatment efficacy.
  • Adhere to established timeframes for each ultrasound procedure to maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day.
  • Work alongside office and administrative staff, as well as Physicians, to review the ultrasound schedule, ensuring the availability of technicians for timely and quality patient care.
  • Continuously enhance your skills and maintain high-quality work standards in line with the company's care protocols through ongoing education and collaboration with fellow Ultrasound Technologists.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and manage supply inventory to ensure uninterrupted operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound program is preferred.
  • Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Vascular Specialist, or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RVT/RVS/RpHS) is required, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and exceptional patient care abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills, effective prioritization, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
