Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team at a Muskegon manufacturer specializing in trucking components and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate robotic welding equipment to assemble and repair parts
  • Load and unload weld robots, ensuring efficient production
  • Conduct spot and fix welds on necessary parts to meet company standards
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance and quality inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area using the 5S process

Requirements:

  • Previous robotic welding experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work with hand and power tools
  • GED or High School Diploma required
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

Preferred Skills:

  • Perform mechanized assembly operations and operate various machines
  • Demonstrate ability to work at specified rates and maintain a clean work area
