Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Essentia Health. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

• Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, and interns to ensure efficient and effective delivery of pharmacy services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Essentia Health's standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare services.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, as well as proper inventory management and control.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to promote pharmacy services and improve patient outcomes.

• Doctorate or bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
• Pharmacy licensure appropriate to state where working.
• Meets Board of Pharmacy requirements to be a Pharmacist in Charge/Managing Pharmacist within applicable state(s).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
