Columbus Regional Health is seeking a skilled Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our pediatric patients, working closely with our nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience or training in neonatal resuscitation, intubation, lumbar puncture, circumcision, emergency needle thoracentesis, umbilical lines, CPAP, and tube feedings. New graduates and H1-B visa holders are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Rounding on pediatric inpatients, Level 2 nursery, and newborns
  • Attending high-risk deliveries and resuscitation of newborns as needed
  • Participating in a flexible schedule, including a 7on/7off model
Benefits
  • Annual salary range between $230,000-$270,000
  • Annual quality incentive of $20,000-$100,000
  • Recruitment sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

  • PTO accrual of 39 days/year
  • $4,000 annual CME
  • Student loan repayment programs available through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and HRSA
Requirements
  • Accepting new grads/H1-B visas
