Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, ballasts, and floor tiles.
  • Repair and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Maintain grounds, including garden trimming and trash collection.
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical work in accordance with industry standards.
  • Report to the Facility Manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.
  • Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
