Job Overview

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (6pm-2:30am or 7pm-3:30am)

The Evening Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
• No educational qualifications required, such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service
• One year of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of buildings and facilities
• Adhere to protocols for using chemical cleaners and equipment to avoid damage to surfaces
• Inform the Manager about the need for repairs or improvements to building systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as necessary to ensure cleanliness, either manually or with hand trucks
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
• Wash and replace window coverings
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, and snow removal
• Wipe and sanitize surfaces in food preparation areas
• Service and maintain restrooms
