Job Summary

The Clubhouse Director is responsible for the overall management of the assigned Clubhouse, including planning and overseeing youth programs for ages 6-18, recruiting and supervising Clubhouse staff, and building a positive image of the Club in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage Clubhouse staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Develop and implement youth programs that meet the needs of the community, including planning and overseeing program activities, events, and services.
  • Manage the Clubhouse budget, including preparing and submitting budget reports, and ensuring that expenses are within approved limits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including local businesses, schools, and government agencies.
  • Ensure that the Clubhouse is a safe and welcoming environment for all members and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, youth development, or social work.
  • At least 2 years of experience in youth program management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
