Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Macuch Steel Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for binding structural and non-structural parts using MIG welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality welding operations in accordance with written procedures and AISC guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of welding symbols, assembly, and quality control principles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production processes and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance welding skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in structural steel fabrication, with a strong background in MIG welding.
  • Proficiency in operating a cutting torch and overhead crane.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and mathematical skills, with the ability to read and understand welding drawings.
  • Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift 80 lbs. and work in a fast-paced production environment.
