About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Plumbing Sales Technician. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with customers and provide hands-on plumbing services
  • Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, ensuring all systems and components are functioning properly
  • Identify opportunities to sell customers new equipment or system upgrades, explaining the benefits and features of these products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our plumbing sales division
Requirements
  • Texas tradesman or journeyman plumbing license
  • Working knowledge of ServiceTitan
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Ability to follow Elmer's training processes and procedures on every call, every time, all the time
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Professional and courteous attitude, ability to follow safety policies, and willingness to participate in company-sponsored training
