**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, including administering medications, performing vaginal deliveries, and providing postpartum care
* Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
* Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to changes in fetal status
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
* Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska
* BLS and NRP certifications
* 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
