Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Spartina 449. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our store.
  • Sales Floor Management: Manage the sales floor, including merchandising, visual displays, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise employees, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure that tasks and goals are achieved.
  • Store Operations: Open and close the store, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays, manage visual merchandising, and maintain a high level of store appearance.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent loss, including shoplifting and inventory discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a key holder or sales floor management role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
