Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our store.
- Sales Floor Management: Manage the sales floor, including merchandising, visual displays, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise employees, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure that tasks and goals are achieved.
- Store Operations: Open and close the store, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays, manage visual merchandising, and maintain a high level of store appearance.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent loss, including shoplifting and inventory discrepancies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a key holder or sales floor management role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
