Job Summary

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cardiovascular Surgery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
  • Coordinate and direct the care of assigned personnel, performing charge duties as assigned
  • Requires a Florida Nursing License and various certifications, including American Heart Association approved BLS and ACLS
  • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an exemption prior to start date
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Make sound decisions in high-pressure situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work culture, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies, participating in ongoing learning and professional development
Requirements
  • Florida Nursing License
