Job Summary

Centurion Boats, a Correct Craft company, is seeking a skilled Boat Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-performance towboats that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install boat components, including hulls, decks, and superstructures.
  • Operate hand and pneumatic tools to perform tasks such as welding, drilling, and sanding.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe working practices.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • One or more years of experience in general labor or a related field
  • Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to climb into and out of boats
  • Ability to wear proper safety equipment
