Job Title: Tax Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Auditor to join our team at Insight Global. As a Tax Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting field audits to ensure compliance with state tax statutes and regulations.

Job Summary:

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting field audits to ensure compliance with state tax statutes and regulations
  • Examining and analyzing taxpayer records to identify potential non-compliance
  • Preparing detailed written reports citing specifics of non-compliance and related statutes and case law
  • Traveling to taxpayer locations to conduct audits
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Excel proficiency
