Job Summary:The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the Med Surg / Telemetry department. This is a per diem position, which means you will work on an as-needed basis, with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in the state where working.
- Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in the Med Surg / Telemetry department.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
