Job SummaryWe're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Brookdale Highlands. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the physical, social, and psychological well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities- Monitor and document resident care according to treatment plans prescribed by physicians
- Administer medications and maintain a clean and secure medicine supply room
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and services
- Adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes to ensure resident safety and satisfaction
- A competitive hourly rate of $30.05
