Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Physician Assistant to join our team at Woodmont Health Care Center in Fredericksburg, VA. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.
  • Work collaboratively with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA and take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation.
  • PA state licensure required. NCCPA certification required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
