Job Title: Groundskeeper Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper Assistant to join our team at Timber Ridge and Blue Sky Lofts. As a Groundskeeper Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and amenities of two large properties. This is an entry-level position that requires the ability to multitask and stay organized.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You will be working Monday-Friday hours with some flexibility for overtime during high turnover times and snow days.

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a team player who is willing to assist the rest of the maintenance team as needed, we encourage you to apply.
