We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year for our Bartender position, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare drink menus and specials to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean work and bar area by removing trash, cleaning the bartop, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
  • Valid TABC certification.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong task and time management abilities.
  • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
