About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join our team at Midas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing and repairing their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics and Repair: Utilize state-of-the-art computer systems to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including tires, brakes, suspension, and engine problems.
  • Tire and Brake Services: Perform tire and brake repairs, including tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and wheel alignments.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, visual safety inspections, and courtesy inspections.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers to achieve team goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics, as well as experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, and scan tools.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, and possess state-specific auto repair certifications.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
