The Training Specialist for Pool Operations will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff at our indoor and outdoor pool facilities. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

  • Assisting and supervising guests and course participants
  • Performing technical and control tasks
  • Administrative duties

Main Responsibilities:

The Training Specialist for Pool Operations will be responsible for:

  • Guest assistance: swimming lessons, leading courses such as aqua training, and organizing events
  • Monitoring technical systems and water quality
  • Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing play and sports equipment, changing rooms, showers, outdoor areas, and green spaces
  • Administrative work and public relations

Training and Development:

The Training Specialist for Pool Operations will receive comprehensive training in:

  • Ensuring safety in pool operations
  • Assisting and supervising visitors and course participants
  • Water rescue measures, first aid, and resuscitation
  • Measuring physical and chemical parameters of water

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of pool operations and safety procedures
