Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse

US Renal Care is a leader in the dialysis industry, and we're seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and training patients in home dialysis modalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train patients and their caregivers in self-care dialysis modalities, including peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis.
  • Conduct home visits to assess the patient's home environment and provide ongoing support and education.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document all nursing services and patient interactions in the Electronic Medical Record.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure and experience in dialysis nursing.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing home dialysis programs and patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
