Job Description

Harrison Consulting Solutions is a multidisciplinary design firm seeking a Principal Designer - Site Development to join their Lincoln team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects and providing technical guidance to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site development plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior staff.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on site development and project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with regulatory approvals and permitting processes.

The salary for this position is approximately $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
