About the Job

This role will involve a variety of tasks, including brake repair and replacement, minor electrical diagnostics, and complete service sheet tasks. You will also be responsible for welding and using oxygen torches, as well as troubleshooting hydraulic systems and performing light duty vehicle repairs.

In addition to these technical skills, you will need to possess excellent attendance and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A good understanding of maintenance procedures and a commitment to ensuring the shop and tools are well-maintained and clean is essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Experience working with heavy equipment and machinery
